Power Unit

• Main motor current value inspection: Daily

• Confirmation of main motor cooling ventilation: Daily

• Transmission belt tension aging inspection: Daily

Transmission Unit

• Inspection of oil in each gearbox: Weekly

• Refilling and replacing oil in each gearbox: Every six months

Pressure Adjustment Air System

• Inspection of compressor intake and filters: Monthly

• Inspection of piping and air leaks: Every six months

• Confirmation of pressure gauges in each department: Daily

• Exhausting air filters in each part: As needed

• Inspection of filter materials in each air filter: Monthly

• Refilling oil in each oil-water separator: Weekly

Cooling System
