Novatron Holds 2024 Annual Management Review Meeting

Recently, Novatron held the 2024 annual management review meeting, aiming to comprehensively evaluate the implementation status of Novatron's management system (including quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and other standard management systems) to ensure the suitability, sufficiency, and effectiveness of the management system, and to continuously improve.

This meeting was chaired by Quality Manager Cheng Binbin, attended by Chairman Qian Yanan, Executive Vice President Li Wenxing, and department managers.

Quality Manager Cheng Binbin gave a detailed explanation on the purpose, objects, and specific requirements of this management review, and clearly stated the need to regularly review and evaluate the operation of the management system, recognize shortcomings, and continuously improve to achieve Novatron's long-term goals.

Next, Marketing Director Xue Xuege, Technical Director Xu Jianhua, and department managers took turns on stage to give detailed reports on the execution of their respective department's management systems, propose corresponding improvement measures, and formulate continuous tracking plans.
