On March 12, Novatron held an employee training meeting themed "How to Retain Outstanding Employees — New Employee Selection, Training, and Retention".
The meeting was hosted and presented by Ren Zhenghua, the manager of the Human Resources Administration Department. Managers, supervisors, and leaders from various departments attended the meeting.
