On January 16, Novatron Electronics(Hangzhou)Co.,Ltd held the 2024 annual work summary meeting.
This meeting aimed to comprehensively review the development path of 2024, summarize lessons learned; deploy the work for 2025, and clarify future strategic directions.
Chairman Qian Yanan attended the meeting, with department managers, supervisors, engineers, and other key personnel participating.
Chairman Qian Yanan fully affirmed the achievements of Novatron in 2024 and sincerely thanked the employees for their hard work over the past year.
Qian Yanan, regarding the theme of this meeting "Embracing Trends for Strategy, Knocking on Market Synergy", put forward the following requirements for the 2025 strategic plan:
1. Build a solid foundation for product quality, strictly control the production process, optimize production procedures, continuously improve production capacity and efficiency, and achieve a breakthrough in production capacity;
2. Deepen product research and innovation, keep up with market trends and customer needs, actively explore new technologies and new processes, and introduce new products;
3. Actively expand the market territory, meet the diverse needs of customers, and build a broader market network;
4. Continuously enhance brand momentum, strengthen brand building, increase brand awareness, and expand brand influence;
5. Strengthen internal management, continuously improve employees' professional skills and overall quality, and stimulate their enthusiasm and innovative spirit.
Qian Yanan stated, "On the road ahead, wind and rain are the norm. I hope all employees adhere to the concept of maintaining integrity and innovation, keep an open mind, actively forge ahead, bravely accept new things and new viewpoints, develop in the baptism of wind and rain, grow stronger through trials and tribulations, and together with Novatron write a new chapter."
Executive Vice President Li Wenxing stated that 2024 was a year of navigating the waves for Novatron. Combining various data, he conducted an in-depth analysis of business execution, departmental collaboration, production efficiency, team building, and management concepts, summarizing Novatron's overall work in 2024.
Regarding the work for 2025, Li Wenxing emphasized the following aspects:
1. Strengthen executive power: specify project plans, execution progress, and project leaders, regularly review work progress, and ensure efficient advancement;
2. Optimize collaboration management: further optimize the inter-departmental collaboration mechanism, build an information-sharing platform, enhance cross-department coordination, deepen management training, and consolidate the "three fundamentals";
3. Correct work attitude: abandon the luck mindset, work strictly according to procedures, avoid superficial efforts, and be willing to take responsibility when problems arise;
4. Deepen team building: promote team spirit, organize various team-building activities, and enhance team cohesion and unity;
5. Adhere to innovative concepts: renew thought concepts, actively try new technologies and methods, and promote business and process innovation.
Li Wenxing emphasized, "2025 is also a year where opportunities and crises coexist. We must cultivate new opportunities amid crises and create new scenarios amid changing situations."
Marketing Director Xue Xuege, Technical Director Xu Jianhua, and department managers reported their work, explaining the highlights and shortcomings of their 2024 work and proposing work plans for 2025.
The road is long and arduous, but if we keep going, we will reach our destination; if we continue to work hard, the future is promising.
