Facing increasingly intense market competition and continuously rising customer demands, Novatron has adopted "TPS Lean Production Management" as the breakthrough point for production line transformation and upgrading, and regularly holds TPS project progress and result analysis discussion meetings.
At the meeting, the TPS project team evaluates the optimization space of abnormal data through data comparison and correlation analysis, identifies key factors affecting efficiency, and thus determines employees' phased efficiency goals to achieve continuous improvement in production efficiency.
Secondly, in the current round of TPS implementation, we adhere to the management philosophy of "standardized operations" and "multi-skilled training". By treating "employees" as "points" and "teams" as "surfaces", we gradually optimize production processes from "points" to "surfaces".
By formulating detailed operation standards, strengthening employee training, and enhancing skills, employees can not only more efficiently achieve planned goals but also flexibly switch between different positions, realizing a highly efficient work mode where one person has multiple skills and one role has multiple responsibilities. This flexibility and efficiency greatly improve both individual productivity and overall team efficiency.
As the implementation of various measures takes effect, the TPS project team will continue to uphold the TPS lean production philosophy, gradually applying the gained experiences to multiple processes such as connection, etching, slitting, and inspection. At the same time, they will focus on continuous improvement and innovation, injecting momentum into the sustained efficient development of the project.
