Breaking Barriers, Shortening Distances

At the beginning of the event, an ice-breaking game quickly ignited the atmosphere on site. Participants were randomly divided into several small groups, each forming a circle. Through the "name relay" game, the distance between them was quickly shortened.

During the ice-breaking process, everyone not only had to remember their own names but also the names of the previous partners. This not only tested memory but also made everyone remember each other's names and characteristics in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

At this moment, all the unfamiliarity and restraint vanished. The new employees gradually became lively from their initial restraint, laughter echoed continuously.

The "ice-breaking game" quietly melted the initial ice, laying the foundation for the budding of team spirit with every smile and every exchange.

Silent Cooperation, No Sound Is Better Than Sound

With the successful completion of the ice-breaking game, the event moved into the exciting "tacit understanding test" segment.

Each group had to silently pass a series of complex numbers from one end of the team to the other only through body language.

Though the game seemed simple, it tested the team's tacit understanding and innovative thinking. It was a contest of wisdom and speed.

Each group creatively developed a set of hand "coding systems", transmitting their unique "Morse code".

During this process, every subtle movement carried the trust and expectation among team members. Every successful transmission was a perfect interpretation of the team's tacit understanding.

Cooperation Against All Odds

The following "Passing the Flower and Stick" game pushed the event to another peak.

During the transmission, although bottles occasionally fell, no one was discouraged. Instead, they quickly adjusted their state and started again.

In the ups and downs of the bottles, we learned to seek opportunities in challenges and gain strength from failures.

During this process, every transmission sharpened the team's cooperation ability, and every success was an elevation of the team's cohesion.

All for One, One for All

When everyone works wholeheartedly and in sync, the team can create seemingly impossible miracles.

All the members formed a circle, sat on the ground back to back, and stood up together relying only on each other's supportive strength without using their hands.

As the number of people in each group increased, the difficulty increased accordingly. Due to imbalance of strength or improper coordination, everyone experienced repeated failures, but no one chose to give up.

In continuous attempts, everyone gradually found the rhythm, learned how to adjust their posture and method of exerting force, and how to better coordinate with teammates.

In every fall and rise, we learned to hold on to our beliefs in difficult situations and to forge ahead courageously in challenges. It made us understand that a true team can support each other in adversity and move forward together in hardship.

Conclusion

This new employee quality development activity not only enhanced the understanding and trust among new employees but also deeply experienced the power and charm of the team during challenges and cooperation. We believe that in the future, they will join hands and work together to write a glorious chapter for Novatron.
